LADWP has expanded its services to provide better access to disabled blind and visually-impaired customers. 

Special Services for Disabled Blind and Visually-Impaired Customers

LADWP can now provide the following billing statements choices:

•Braille
•Large print
•Telephone notifications (includes any account delinquency information that could result in a shut-off of service)

How to Apply

Customers requesting this service, or who have other special needs for consideration, should contact the LADWP via e-mail by clicking on the link below. Along with your request, please provide your full name, service address, mailing address if different from your service address, account number, and telephone number. You may also request this service by calling us at 1-800 DIAL DWP (1-800-342-5397).

Customers may also subscribe to email notifications that will inform them when their billing statements and payment options are available online. To request this service you must log into My Account.

Assistance for Hearing-Impaired Customers

Customers with a Teletype device hookup (TTY) may call the LADWP at 1-800-HEAR-DWP (1-800-432-7397) to receive assistance regarding water or electric service.
