My Water Insights Program

LADWP’s My Water Insights is a free home water management program designed to help customers better understand their water use through home water reports and a user-friendly online portal.


Customized Home Water Reports

Customers began receiving welcome letters in July 2023. Thereafter, customers will receive a bi-monthly home water report by mail or email, one week after they receive their bill. The personalized reports break down daily usage in gallons and compares usage to other households in their neighborhood with similar characteristics. In each report, customers learn if their water use was Average or Efficient for the last billing period, as well as a score on their overall water efficiency. The reports also include information about available water conservation rebates to help them conserve more water.

Informative Online Portal

Customers can sign up to use the online portal for more detailed information about their water use history and how to increase conservation. Customers are also able to receive leak alerts.

Who Can Participate

All single-family residential account customers are automatically enrolled in the free program.
