The enhanced alert system improves how Owens Valley electric customers receive real-time, location-based information during outages. Residents can sign up at ready.inyocounty.us to receive alerts based on their location or other provided addresses.
Wildfire Mitigation Plan
We have developed a Wildfire Mitigation Plan in accordance with California State Law, as amended by Senate Bill 901 (Dodd) and Assembly Bill 1054 (Holden). This Plan describes the steps that we will take to mitigate the threat of wildfires caused by electrical lines and equipment. On an annual basis, this Plan is reviewed, updated as needed, and presented to the LADWP Board of Water and Power Commissioners. The Plan complies with the requirements of Public Utilities Code (PUC) section 8387 for publicly owned electric utilities.

Cool LA
Cool LA helps LADWP customers better manage the impacts of extreme heat caused by climate change, especially older adults, income-qualified families, and those living in underserved communities where hot weather has an especially significant impact. Cool LA includes rebates on cooling units to help LADWP customers overcome the health risks associated with extreme heat.

The LADWP Efficient Product Marketplace (EPM) provides rebates for products that help improve the energy efficiency of your home and help you save on your energy bill.
EZ-SAVE Program
The EZ-SAVE Program helps income-qualified customers save on their LADWP bills.
