    A:  LADWP prunes trees to clear its power system from vegetation interference utilizing both in-house and contract crews. If you see a tree you think is interfering with high voltage conductors or a power line that is down, it is important that you notify the LADWP Customer Contact Center at 1-800-DIAL-DWP (1-800-342-5397) so we can do any necessary trimming or repairs.
