Sponsorships for Small Business Engagement
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), a community owned utility, seeks to have a positive impact on the businesses and communities we serve. As such, one of the objectives of the LADWP’s Small Business Support (SBS) Group is to sponsor programs and initiatives that contribute to the economic expansion of the City of Los Angeles.
However, as a public agency, LADWP has the responsibility of ensuring the appropriate use of our resources. The SBS Group will only consider requests for sponsorship from 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations for programs and events that support the promotion of LADWP products and services such as conservation or rebate programs for LADWP customers.
The acceptance of a sponsorship application does not guarantee any support for the event or initiative listed in the application. The LADWP may approve or reject a sponsorship request at its absolute discretion.
Please consider that there is an extensive review process to ensure the appropriate use of LADWP resources. Please contact us at least 60 days prior to the event.
Your organization’s finances and other documentation may be requested.
