There are so many reasons to go paperless.

A better reminder

You don’t have to wait for a paper bill to come in the mail to remind you when your bill is due. With paperless billing, you get the bill reminder sent straight to your email.

Unseen costs

Printed paper bills are costly. From the paper used for envelopes and the bill itself, to emissions from the printing of these items and from delivery vehicles, to the time to produce everything, it all adds up and everyone pays the cost.

Cut the clutter

You can see up to seven years of bills in your online account, 24/7. That’s less paper clutter for you to deal with in your home.

Uncomplicate your life

If you get a paper bill, but go online to pay it, you’re doing double the work. Just go paperless. Save yourself a trip to the mailbox or any drive you’d have to do to pay the bill by also signing up for Automatic Payment.

How to sign up

Log in to your account and from the Account Summary page click on "Enroll in Paperless Billing Service" under Billing Options and follow the instructions.

To make changes to your Paperless Billing status

Log in to your account and from the Account Summary page click on "Edit Paperless Billing Service Enrollment" under Billing Options and follow the instructions. Changes to an email address can also be made through this edit function.

Customers will only receive the $10 credit the first time they enroll in paperless billing.
If a customer also signs up for Automatic Payment for the first time, they will receive an additional one-time $15 credit.

If you have more than one account associated with your online username, you will have to enroll/edit each account separately.
