Los Angeles City Councilmember- District 9, Curren D. Price, Jr. and Happy Group are bringing the community together for the very first Latino Carnaval. As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, this event will transform Avalon into a vibrant, family-friendly celebration featuring kids’ activities, a Ferris wheel, slides, carnival rides, resource fair, lucha libre, futsal courts, and a mix of big-name and local talent. With dozens of vendors and entertainment throughout the day, it will be a true reflection of our community’s culture, pride, and joy. LADWP will share conservation tips, rebate and discount program information.
