This event provides the opportunity to photograph animals, insects, and plants in Los Angeles neighborhoods to help scientists gather valuable information about biodiversity across the city. LA Nature Quest is an exciting collaboration between the Los Angeles Public Library’s Neighborhood Science Initiative, LA Sanitation and Environment’s Biodiversity Program, Los Angeles Recreation and Parks, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. LADWP will share information about the importance of landscape design, pollinators and sustainability.
