In accordance with City Charter Section 511(b), the Board is required to adopt an annual LADWP Budget for the Power Revenue Fund and Water Revenue Fund and make an annual appropriation covering anticipated revenues and expenditures, as well as capital projects funded by the Power System and Water System prior to the beginning of each fiscal year.
Proposed budget is presented to the Board before final approval of the Budget by the Board.
