Owens Lake "Big Day" Bird Count Results
Owens Lake “Big Day” bird surveys track trends in bird use of the Owens Lake Dust Control Project area. The surveys help guide wildlife habitat management decisions, refine habitat suitability models, and guide the implementation of water conservation efforts, while dust control requirements continue to be met.
