    A:  You can locate your 10-digit Account Number on the front page of your bill (top center of the page below the Bill Date). You can also request it online (Send us an email), by phone 1-800-DIAL-DWP (1-800-342-5397), or in person (visit any of our LADWP Customer Service Centers).If you recently requested a Turn On Service, you will not be issued an Account Number until your turn on service date. Please do not send a request until after that date has passed.

    A:  If you transferred service, your Account Number has not changed, so no action is necessary. A new service account will not automatically be added to your existing online profile when you request for a new service (new account number).To add an additional account number(s) to your existing online profile, log in to your account, select “Add an account” on the top right side of the Account Summary page, and follow the prompts.

    A:  If you already have a LADWP online profile, the system will not allow you to create another username if using an email address that is already registered with our website. If you forgot your username or password, go to Forgot Username or Password. If you are trying to re-register a disabled username, please select a different username as this one can never be used again. 

    You do not have to create a different username for each service account. If you want to add a service account(s) to your existing (online profile (username), log in to your account, select “Add an account” at the top right side of the Account Summary page, and follow the instructions.

    A:  If you recently turned on or transferred service, the account information will not display until you are billed for service. This could take up to 60 days, depending on the billing cycle for your area.
