Welcome to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power's (LADWP) new Electronic Request-Solicit-Procure System (eRSP). The eRSP System will be implemented in two phases. Phase One covers “one-time” purchases up to $150,000 and was rolled out on September 2, 2008. Phase Two covers all other purchasing methods and is scheduled for rollout during the Summer of 2010.

Please use this “landing page” to access the eRSP System, obtain pertinent information regarding the LADWP procurement process, and access the training material that will assist you with vendor registration and online bidding.

Please note that effective September 2, 2008, all competitive bidding for “one-time” purchases up to $150,000 will be done electronically via the eRSP System so please make sure you register ASAP.
