The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is offering cash incentives to owners and developers wishing to build new energy efficient buildings. These incentives are being offered to encourage property owners to build to higher levels of energy efficiency and environmental awareness.

The New Construction Program is currently being modified. Check back later this year (2010) for the launch of our revised New Construction Incentive Program.

The LADWP's Efficiency LA programs are designed to help you live and work smarter by easily reducing energy use and costs and, in the process, helping improve the environment for generations to come.

We also have other programs available to assist you in becoming more energy efficient and productive. These programs include rebates for replacing lighting, refrigeration and HVAC equipment on existing buildings. We will gladly provide information and advice on a wide array of energy-saving measures that will add to your bottom line.
