Spot (one-time) Contracts of $150,000 or less

To view open bid opportunities, access the Business Assistance Virtual Network (BAVN) system administered by the City of Los Angeles.

To download or to receive electronic notifications of bid opportunities, register as a vendor in the Business Assistance Virtual Network (BAVN) system.

Note: For Construction Contracts requiring a monetary deposit, vendors must pick up a printed copy of the bid opportunity at:
