City of Los Angeles Electric Rates

Ordinance 168436, effective as of January 31, 1993, approved the rates charged and collected by the Department of Water and Power of the City of Los Angeles for electrical energy distributed and for service supplied to its customers.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is proposing to restructure the electric rates. The proposed restructured electric rates would become effective July 1, 2008 and will be revenue neutral for each customer class.
